“Mentor Bucks” Business Expense Reimbursement Program
The
3-Mentors “Mentor Buck” program is designed to reward those advisors who,
during any given calendar year
quarter, write and pay for $ 1M of annuity premium or $ 100k of target
life insurance premium by providing them with $ 1,000.00 of “Mentor Bucks” to
be used for business building expenses.
It’s
a simple equation…write $ 1M in a given quarter – get $ 1,000 of “Mentor Bucks”
$ 3M in a given quarter – get $ 3,000 of
“Mentor Bucks”
There
is NO CAP to how many “Mentor Bucks” you can earn!!
Business building expenses include, but are not limited to:

Seminar Expense (Mailing or Venue)
·
Pre-Set Appointment Expense
·
3-Mentors Specialized Tools (“Game Saver and Game Changer”
DVDs)
· 3-Mentors Specialized Training Events (If there is a charge)

Other expenses may be eligible, prior written permission from

“Club Rolex” Program
The
3-Mentors “Club Rolex” program is designed to reward those advisors who, during
any given calendar year (January 1st through December 31st),
write and pay for a minimum of $ 5M of annuity premium or $ 500k of target life
insurance premium (or a combination thereof) by providing them with a luxury
watch, other piece of comparable jewelry, or American Express Gift Card, to be selected
and awarded during the “Club Rolex” excursion during the January “Big Event”
Conference.
We
will have 3 levels for Club Rolex for 2012
Club
Rolex Silver:
Award: 36mm Rolex Watch
(all steel “Oyster” bracelet/smooth bezel) or a $4,500 American Express Gift Card.
Club Rolex Gold:
Award: 36mm Rolex Watch
(steel/18k gold “Oyster”/smooth bezel) or a $7,000 American Express Gift Card.

Protection Program
Very few
marketing organizations today offer any form of “territory protection” One of
the benefits of working with and placing insurance business through “3M” is the
ability to earn and be awarded a
protected territory.
The definition of a protected territory
is:
A geographic
area made up by a set of ADJACENT
US Postal zip codes in which an individual “3M” advisor has exclusive access to
30,000 “demographically acceptable” mail recipients in order to market a “3M”
workshop.
