David Gaylor

David Gaylor became a licensed insurance agent in 1987, and made the move to independent advisor in 1990. He is proud to be a member of the Association of Chartered Senior Financial Planners.

David is President and Founder of Senior Retirement Services of Ohio Incorporated. The focus of his business is simple, to protect the assets of this country's greatest generation. Recognizing and then removing risk from his client's estates is his foremost goal. His philosophy is a simple one, Plan, Protect, Preserve, Peace of Mind, is a strategy that has served his clients well through the volatile years of stock market ups and downs, as well as the many other threats to their estates, providing them with peace of mind to enjoy their golden years.

David feels being an independent advisor is critical in today's marketplace, in that it allows him the freedom to offer his clients the best products available by utilizing many different companies, each who are the leaders in the respective field of business. His areas of expertise include working with retirees to shield their assets from nursing home spend-down, income, estate, and IRA tax reduction, stock market protection. His goal for each client is to enhance and ultimately preserve both his client's lifestyle and their wealth within each individual situation.

David married his high school sweetheart, Mitzi, in 1986 and both are lifelong residents of Sydney. They are the proud parents of three children, two daughters, Aubrey and Abigail and one son, Brady. He is active with his children's activities coaching baseball, softball and soccer, and has served on the board of directors of Shelby County Youth Soccer.

Gary Reed

Gary W. Reed is the founder and President of Southern Senior Services, now located in Snellville, GA. He is a nationally renowned speaker within the industry of financial services and has served clients in the southeast United States for more than 27 years.

Gary is a Chartered Senior Financial Planner who works with individuals as well as families in the areas of estate planning and retirement. His first goal is always to maintain and even enhance both his clients' wealth and their estates.

With decades of experience, knowledge and loyalty in providing for his clients, Gary is a credible advisor who provides solid financial advice. He utilizes fresh ideas in regards to estate planning and investment techniques in order to design and implement personalized plans that will reduce financial risk, lower taxes, avoid probate, and protect assets from potentially expensive nursing home costs.

Gary started in the financial services industry in February of 1980. He quickly became the top sales person in the college funding company he was working for and followed that by becoming the Top Regional Manager for 16 years in a row. Gary started in the senior market over 8 years ago and has become one of the top annuity producers in America, writing over 10 million last year.

The strengths that Gary brings to 3-Mentors are a strong blend of sales and management experience. These qualities allow Gary to assist 3-Mentor representatives in achieving their highest levels of personal success.

Gary is also a proud father of two daughters. April and Abby provide a sense of family that is critical in life and in 3-Mentors as well.


Rodney Harris

Rodney is the President and Founder of HARRIS FINANCIAL CONCEPTS, INC, which takes pride in being a part of their client’s dreams – at all levels of their life span and business cycle – this shows in the effort Rodney’s firm exerts every day on behalf of those individuals, families and businesses.

Rodney is a Registered Financial Consultant, Certified Senior Advisor, and a member of the Association of Charted Senior Financial Planners who works with both individuals and families in the areas of Retirement and Estate Planning. His primary focus is always to enhance and, ultimately, preserve both his client’s wealth and their estates within each individual situation. His ability to achieve strong business results in the face of changing economic times is a tribute to the resiliency of his thorough planning methods – helping clients adjust, reshape financial priorities, and move ahead.

Rodney has received national recognition as a qualified member of the Million Dollar Round Table, Court of the Table, and Top of the Table. Rodney and his wife, Amber, live in Cabarrus county. In his spare time, Rodney enjoys golf, the Carolina Panther football games, and spending time with his two dogs, Newton, a Dalmatian, and Lincoln, a golden retriever.
